WINERY INFORMATION:

This is the third release of the DJ Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is dedicated to Don ‘DJ’ Oliver, the 5th generation and current caretaker of the prized Oliver’s Taranga Vineyards. Born in post-war McLaren Vale, as a young boy after school Don would ride the family’s Clydesdales bareback to the stables after helping out in the vineyards. Dons impressive viticultural work saw him receive the inaugural McLaren Vale Grape Growers Association ‘Excellence in Viticulture’ Trophy. This wine is a testament to Don’s passion for grape growing, and his continual efforts to grow the best fruit possible.
