WINERY INFORMATION:

Before a vineyard was planted, rabbits and sheep co-existed on the site. After trying several techniques to get rid of the rabbits, owner McGregor finally decided to plant grapevines on his property, and produce wine. After a steep decline post World War II, descendants Betty and Warren McGregor revived the vineyard and are now producing fine wines under the Rabbit Ranch label.
