This led to the creation of a transparent wine displaying light green highlights. This delightful Sauvignon Blanc flaunts enticing aromas and intense flavours of passion fruit, lime zest and cut grass. The crisp and dry palate culminates in a clean, long and persistent finale. Crafted to be relished upon release, this wonderful white wine can also be cellared for 2 more years. It tastes amazing with crispy sea bass, shrimp, and spiced crab with lime-coriander broth.
