WINERY INFORMATION
Shaw + Smith was established with the vision to make exciting and refined wines exclusively from Adelaide Hills that rank amongst the best wines of Australia. It is the brainchild of cousins Martin Shaw and Michael Hill Smith, both of whom had wanted to start manufacturing and selling wine together for a long time. They finally realized their dream in 1989 after having a long Sunday lunch and deciding to pursue their goal.
