Occasional spring rains and mild temperatures allowed the grapes to naturally express their vibrant flavours. This Cab Sav was carefully crafted, undergoing fermentation in open vats to capture its full-bodied nature, rich tastes, and deep colour. Ageing in both French and American oak barrels has given the wine a solid tannic backbone, adding to its complexity.
