WINERY INFORMATION:

The winemaking philosophy is one that aims to allow the fruit to have a full expression with winemaking and oak inputs playing a supporting role. The grapes for the Redline Shiraz were gently destemmed before fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and concrete fermenters. The wine was matured in a range of mainly older French oak barriques, where it remained for 10 months prior to bottling.
