Pretty Good

Fruit for this amazing Shiraz was grown on orange Cambrian soils covering lush vineyard sites in the Heathcote region. This Shiraz varietal displays a deep red colour, with bright purple tints along the edges. Blissful fragrances of fresh summer berries, pepper and cut flowers flow off the nose, coupled with underlying hints of spice chest and damp earth. The complex and medium-bodied palate is a lively mix of vibrant blue and red fruit flavours meshing with floral overtones and nuances of spice. Sappy and chalky tannins provide a creamy and elegant mouthfeel, leading to a lengthy and persistent climax. Pair this wine with hard cheeses or lamb and beef dishes to make your meal more enjoyable.

WINERY INFORMATION

The birth of Two Hands Wines can be traced to September 1999 when founders Richard Mintz and Michael Twelftree met at a friend’s party and decided that they wouldn’t wait any longer in achieving their dream of producing as well as selling their own wine. Adopting the motto Quality without Compromise, Two Hands began making wine with their first vintage in 2000. Today, their reputed wine ranges include Garden, Picture, Flagship, Single Vineyard and Twelftree.
