Pretty Good

A deep red coloured wine with purple hues showcasing a bouquet of dark boysenberry and violet floral notes spiced with hints of red confectionary/licorice strap and subtle toasty oak influences. A medium to full-bodied wine offering ample depth with plenty of inky ripe forest fruits, blackberries, redcurrants, and spice. The jubey fruit and approachable tannins combine to produce a generous wine with a supple structure and a lovely persistence of flavour. Serve it best with grilled meats and vegetables.

The mysterious and exotic city described by renowned English poet Samuel Coleridge, Xanadu Wines was started by Dr John Lagan in 1977. He and his wife, Eithne planted their first vineyard in the Margaret River region, the same year. The Rathbone Wine Group later acquired the company in 2005.
