: This Pinot Noir underwent MLF for 8 months in a combination of French oak barrels. Post blending and filtration, the wine flaunts a lovely a vibrant red colour with mauve tinges. The bouquet is dominated by aromas of dark cherry, violets and spice, seamlessly paving way for an impressively-structured palate. Luscious dark cherries are beautifully complemented by fine mineral acidity, followed by an elegant and lingering climax. You may relish it with red meats like lamb, and even chicken dishes.
