This organic Pinot Grigio underwent minimal filtration prior to bottling resulting in a very light straw colour. A swirl of the glass offers lemon rind, green apple and grapefruit aromas complemented by delicate floral overtones. These lovely fragrances pave the way for a delicious palate revealing grapefruit, peach, granny smith apple and pear flavours. You may enjoy it young. Great on its own, it tastes even delicious when paired with light cream sauces, starters or pork dishes.
