Pretty Good

The luscious grapes used to produce Dalfarras Pinot Grigio were harvested and crushed during the cool of the night. This Italian style Pinot Grigio is a pale straw coloured wine presenting a bright green rim. Scintillating aromas of stone fruits and citrus blossom flow from its attractive bouquet, making way for a bright and delightful palate. A sip of the wine offers concentrated flavours of Nashi pear and orange peel, with light hints of spice. This floral Pinot Grigio ends in a refreshing finale marked by juicy acidity. With a cellaring potential of 2 years, this wonderful white wine tastes marvellous with light salads or chargrilled seafood.

WINERY INFORMATION

Dalfarras is an exquisite range of premium, carbon neutral wines produced by Tahbilk Winery. The wine range is a celebration of art and wine with family. The name for this range was derived from Rosa’s maiden name – Dal Farra, which she subsequently changed, after marrying Alister Purbrick in 1982. Famous for her contemporary artwork, Rosa Purbrick creates images using clay, paint or ink, which inspire the designs on the labels of this unique wine collection.
