Brown Brothers is a family-owned wine company founded by John Francis Brown in the town of Milawa in northeast Victoria. Since its establishment in 1889, John and his team have worked with dedication and expertise to make the winery an internationally recognized brand producing varied handcrafted and exquisite wines.
The grapes used to craft the Brown Brothers Cienna were harvested from the winery’s Mystic Park vineyard in Murray Valley, Victoria. This mesmerizing Cienna is a bright ruby red hued wine. The attractive nose exudes fresh aromas of red berry fruit with slight hints of spices evident in the backdrop. This light bodied wine is sweet and juicy on the palate, containing flavours of summer berries balanced by a mixture of natural acidity and fruit sweetness, altogether leading to a frizzy, refreshing and appealing climax. This wonderful red wine has a cellaring potential of 2 to 3 years, and it tastes amazing served chilled with spicy Chinese hot pot, crushed meringue and fresh mixed berries smothered in raspberry coulis.
