The fragrant nose emanates plum and dark chocolate aromas, making way for a rich and savoury palate. These wonderful characters are balanced by firm tannins, ending the wine in a mouth-watering finish. With the potential to be cellared for a few years from vintage, this enticing red wine can be relished with braised chicken, hamburgers and Cheddar cheese.

WINERY INFORMATION

Cannibal Creek is a family-owned winery and vineyard estate offering an award-winning range of handcrafted wines. The wine brand was started by skilled winemaker Pat Hardiker. Pat planted the company’s first vines 20 years ago, with the help and support of his wife, Kirsten. As the owner of the company, he firmly believes in employing low intervention winemaking and viticulture techniques to produce these delicious wines.
