Cannibal Creek is a family-owned winery and vineyard estate offering an award-winning range of handcrafted wines. The wine brand was started by skilled winemaker Pat Hardiker. Pat planted the company’s first vines 20 years ago, with the help and support of his wife, Kirsten. As the owner of the company, he firmly believes in employing low intervention winemaking and viticulture techniques to produce these delicious wines.
