Casa Freschi Ragazzi Pinot Grigio 2020 Adelaide Hills - 12 Bottles
Availability: In stock

25% of this Pinot Grigio was fermented in old French oak and the remaining in stainless steel tank. This was followed by lees aging for 6 months. Light filtration and hand bottling resulted in a beautiful straw colour. It’s layered with aromas and flavours of lime, pear and apple. The bouquet reveals vibrant fruits that are mirrored on the palate. Mouth-watering acidity, fine phenolics and mineral nuances pave the way for subtle nutty notes on the finish. Relish it with fried chicken, or honey ginger shrimp.

Casa Freschi is a small winery located in South Australia. Its story began with the plantation of 2.5 hectare land in Langhorne Creek by Attilio & Rosa (Italian immigrants). Their aim was to craft quality wines that can be enjoyed alongside meals. David Freschi (their son) gave a shape to this dream, leading to the established of Casa Freschi label in 1998. It’s presently known for amazing, award-winning wines produced using single-vineyard grapes only.
