Pretty Good

Pollyanna Polly Sparkling White is a beautiful blend of 60% Chardonnay grapes with 34% Pinot Noir and 6% Pinot Meunier grapes. This pale straw hued wineflaunts a light yellow green rim, along with fine beads stemming from the glass. The intensely perfumed nose exhibits lifted aromas of white blossoms, lemon zest and Granny Smith apple skin. Undertones of marzipan, grilled nuts, cashew butter and torched creme brulee complete the rich bouquet, which in turn makes way for a balanced and delicate palate. A sip of this stunning white blend reveals generous flavours of white stone fruit that are accompanied by sea spray salinity, to offer a creamy mousse. Supported by lemon curd nuances and mineral acidity, these characters eventually culminate in a long and persistent finale. This wine is the perfect partner to crumbed and stuffed olives served with a lime aioli dipping sauce.
