Pretty Good

: Land Made P.G.R is an aromatic blend of 46% Pinot Gris grapes with 35% Riesling and 19% Gewürztraminer grapes. These fruit parcels were harvested, crushed and then destemmed. The resulting wine shows a pale green colour. Lifted scents of ripe citrus and exotic fruits offer a fragrant bouquet. Concentrated flavours of white peaches combine with spicy ginger and floral undertones on the dry and intense palate. These pleasing flavours and fragrances are balanced by mouthwatering acidity, which eventually paves the way for an enticing finish. This delightful white blend from Yealands Estate has the potential to be cellared for three years from vintage. It tastes excellent as an aperitif or can be served with a variety of Asian cuisine.
