Pretty Good

Made from 100% Shiraz grapes from Marananga & Greenock, this intensely coloured and flavoursome wine shows syrupy blackberry and spice notes on the bouquet. The full-bodied palate features toasty oak and sweet fruit. What adds to the character of this Heritage Shiraz is its twelve-month maturation in American oak barriques, which bring a subtle depth to this wine. Heritage Barossa Shiraz will reward with 8 years of cellaring. It ideally pairs well with roast lamb or a rare rump steak.
