Pretty Good

The witnessed a mild spring, which led to the yield of ripe and juicy grapes. The wine crafted using these grapes shows a pale rosy pink colour. The expressive bouquet exhibits quince blossom, rose petal and strawberry fragrances with underlying nuances of freshly-baked brioche as well as the savoury truffle. The palate is rife with rich red fruits and Turkish delight flavours backed by pepper berries and truffles. Soft tannins and a fine natural acidity mesh well with the flavoursome and fruity palate to provide a lingering and mouth-watering climax. This wine has an alcohol level of about 12% and tastes delightful as an aperitif. It can also be consumed with fresh lobsters or tuna tataki.
