Killerby maintains its small winery essence with most of its winemaking techniques and philosophies remaining the same since it was first established in 1973. The vines are hand pruned, select parcels of fruit are partially hand picked, the wine made using small batch techniques, highest quality of French oak barriques and obsessive attention to winemaking detail.
Our winemakers carefully select grapes from several vineyards in the Margaret River region.

The grapes were gently crushed, chilled and pressed before racking and ferment. Fermentation was undertaken at cold temperatures with a range of yeast lees post erment for 4-8 weeks prior to filtration and an early bottling.
