The fruit used to craft Little Valentine Pinot Noir Rose was handpicked, whole bunch pressed and fermented. The resulting wine shows a blush pink colour. The perfumed bouquet gives off vibrant aromas which intermix with juicy flavours of cherry, raspberry and strawberry on the fruity and intense palate. The finale is crisp and refreshing. This full flavoured Rose tastes amazing with lightly cooked shellfish, grilled fish and goat cheese.
