This wine is a blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon, fermented dry, it displays lovely Semillon texture through the mid-palate, tropical fruit flavours and a mineral grassy edge. With lovely fine acid and a long elegant finish this great drinking now and for the next year.
