Established as a family owned vineyard in 1991, Observatory Hill Wines is a reputed wine company situated in the Coal River Valley region in Tasmania. The company’s philosophy aims at providing a unique drinking experience of a wide range of structured and fine wines. The present owners – the Clack family, acquired the property in 2016.
