Pretty Good

Observatory Hill Pinot Noir is a deep ruby red hued wine presenting dark shades along the edges. This alluring Pinot Noir is brimming with mesmerising aromas and flavours of cherries, spice, red berries and star anise. These beautiful characters are balanced by French oak and fine tannins on the structured palate, culminating in a captivating and lingering finish. This delicious red wine tastes great with foods like fennel and garlic pork roast, vegan enchiladas, and smoky glazed ham with red pepper.
