A boutique winery in the Barossa Valley, Paisley Wines is a family-owned and -operated business established by Derek Fitzgerald and Kirsten Harvey. They started with the production of 3 grape varieties, Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro, first vintage being released in 2017.
