Paisley Linen Fiano 2020 Barossa Valley - 6 Bottles
Availability: In stock

PartLy fermented in barrels (35%) and the rest in stainless steel, this Fiano underwent aging on lees for a period of 3 months prior to bottling. Poured into a glass, it reveals a pale straw colour with light green hints. Delicate nose of lemongrass, apple and eucalyptus aromas seamlessly pave the way for a complex and plush palate offering delicious flavours of apple, lime and citrus. These fresh & vibrant characteristics are complemented by a fine texture, eventually culminating in a pleasant finish. You may enjoy it on its own or pair it with seafood or chicken.

A boutique family-owned and -operated winery, Paisley was established by Derek Fitzgerald and Kirsten Harvey. The brand sources fruit from its own Angaston vineyard along with some other quality grape growers in Barossa. It’s known for its range of elegant and fine wines that reveal the signature “bright fruit and textural influences”.
