: This dark ruby hued Paracombe Shiraz exhibits intense fragrances of cherries, spice, plums and pepper from its lifted bouquet. A sip of the wine offers rounded fruit flavours, as well as subtle oak and white pepper notes. These aromas and flavours fuse together to provide a layered structure. The finish is elegant and enticing. This mouth watering red wine can be cellared and enjoyed for many years from vintage. It is a great food accompaniment to peperoni pizza, meatloaf and cheddar cheese.

WINERY INFORMATION:

Launched in 1992, Paracombe Wines specializes in the production of a fantastic range of award winning, beautiful and flavoursome wines. The foundation of the family owned wine company was laid down in 1983, when the Drogemuller family acquired a dairy farm in Adelaide Hills, and planted their first grapevines. The wine company is currently located in the scenic landscape of the Mount Lofty ranges on Paracombe Road in Paracombe, SA.
