A mid straw coloured wine with green tinges. The nose of this wine has white peach and nectarine fruit, roasted nuts, cherry oak, and creamy yeast to showcase. The palate displays grapefruit and white stone fruit flavours complimented with roasted nut flavours. A hint of buttery character from the malo can be observed too. The structure of the wine is lean and Chablis like.
