: Colour is brilliant, pale green. Lifted aromas of crushed lime leaf and citrus blossom at first, then followed up by some slatey/flinty notes and a hint of stonefruit. On the palate crisp, dry and slightly talcy/slatey, but has enough fruit concentration to keep it all in balance. The limey characters emerge as the wine opens up with air and seem to go on and on forever.
