This limited release wine displays a bouquet of briary blackberry, spicy plum and mint, infused with hints of Kalamata olive, nutmeg, dried fig and vanillin oak. The intense palate delivers spicy mulberry, liquorice, blueberry, star of anise and cocoa, enhanced by quality cedary oak and hints of black cherry. This handcrafted wine is superbly balanced by seam of structural tannins, well integrated oak and great flavour profile.
