Quarisa Treasures Cabernet Sauvignon is an amazing wine from Coonawarra. It features a bright garnet colour with purple hues. The intense bouquet of this Cab Sauv emanates aromas of cool climate cassis fruit with spicy oak hints. The complex flavours of cassis and cherry can be experienced on the palate as well. Spicy oak adds length to the finish. The medium to full-bodied wine is meant for immediate consumption, but its complexity can also be enjoyed after storing it some years in the cellar. It pairs extremely well with red wine glazed lamb, cheese platter and nuts.
