Singlefile Chardonnay 2021 Great Southern - 12 Bottles
Availability: In stock

The fruit used to craft this wonderful Chardonnay from Singlefile Wines was harvested and chilled. The juice obtained was then fermented in new and old French oak barriques for 7 months. This resulted in the creation of a pale straw hued wine. The attractive bouquet exhibits vibrant aromas of white peach and citrus, with light flint suggestions evident in the backdrop. The juicy palate showcases stone fruit and citrus flavours, all of which are balanced by subtle oak notes and a tight backbone. The finish is long and captivating. This mouth filling Singlefile Chardonnay tastes great with butter poached lobster, Caesar salad and Brie cheese.
