The resulting wine features a bright golden hue, with light yellow tinges lurking throughout. A fine and persistent bead offers a lovely appearance. A swirl of the glass presents mesmerising fruit scents. The fresh and vibrant palate is rife with stone fruit and citrus flavours, ending the wine in a balanced and creamy finish. This tempting white blend from Tahbilk can be stored in the cellar for 2 years. It tastes wonderful as an aperitif, and can also be served with white meat and seafood dishes.

WINERY INFORMATION

Established in 1860, Tahbilk is a family owned winery situated in the Nagambie Lakes region in Central Victoria. The winery is owned and managed by the Purbrick family, which acquired the property in 1925. The name of the company was derived from its location, which was referred to as ‘abilk-tabilk,or place of many water holes by the aboriginal people of the Daung-wurrung clan.
