Two Rivers Rocky Crossing Hunter Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 - 12 Bottles

Availability: In stock

Pretty Good

: The luscious grapes used to create Rocky Crossing Cabernet Sauvignon were cold soaked and fermented on skins. Post maturation in American and French oak, the wine displays a deep purple hue. The fragrant nose presents scintillating aromas of dried spice and liquorice, with bush tomato hints evident in the backdrop. The palate is rich and structured, brimming with blackcurrant, ripe plum and bush tomato flavours. Strong and dusty tannins combine with these beautiful elements to end in a captivating finish. Drink it with panfry steaks, roast burgers, or red meat stews.
