West Cape Howe Cape To Cape Shiraz features a deep, dark crimson red colour with purple hues. The wine opens with dense plum aromas followed by sweet blackberries and light spiciness. The palate is beautifully weighted, with rich and spicy berry fruit flavours enhanced by light oak characters. These flavours are balanced by gently drying tannins. It is a delicious Shiraz to be enjoyed young with chargrilled steak, roast beef, or hard cheeses like Cheddar. It can also be cellared for 6 years from vintage.
