Dunsborough Hills Wines

The Dunsborough Hills series is a marvellous range of Western Australian wines that are crafted in two styles – reds with restrained oak characters and fruit driving the wine, and dry white wines where again the fruit dominates their flavour instead of the sugar. During the mid - 1990s, 100 acres of the estate were planted with Chardonnay, Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc vines. High - quality and low - yield grape - growing with minimal use of chemical fertilizers or toxins is practiced on the property. The wines are produced at two main Margaret River wineries – Flying Fish Cove and Evans and Tate.
