WHY DO WE LIKE THIS WINE

Made from Prosecco grapes, this pale straw coloured drink has lively fruit aromas of pears and crunchy green apples, with the freshness and vibrancy of homemade lemonade. The palate is bright, bubbly, refreshing and crispy with a long and zesty citrus finish. Serve it best with grilled figs wrapped with prosciutto, or lemon and almond polenta cake.

Wolfgang Franz Otto Blass’s interest in the winemaking business made him the youngest person ever to graduate with a Masters in Oenology. He further moved to England to study the art of blending before moving to the Barossa Valley in 1961. This passion led to the establishment of Wolf  Blass Wines in 1966 and is visible ever since then in its custodians as they continue to make wines of quality, character and consistency. From humble beginnings to exporting wines in more than 50 countries, Wolf Blass has gained international recognition as an icon in modern winemaking.
