Yelland & Papps Second Take Shiraz 2020 Barossa Valley - 12 Bottles

Availability: In stock

Pretty Good

73% of this Shiraz underwent whole-bunch fermentation. The wine was then matured in French oak (28% new) resulting in a deep, purple-black colour. On the nose, it emanates dark fruit and pepper along with notes of warm earth and liquorice spice. These aromas pave the way for a delicious palate revealing savoury and tangy flavours lanced by firm tannins. You may relish this wine young with beef and lamb dishes.
