John Casella of Yenda based Casella Family Brands established Yellow Tail in the year 2001. Grapes for Yellow Tail’s wines are procured from various lush vineyards across New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria. The winemaking team is driven by a belief in making wine uncomplicated in a world of complexity.
The vibrant Yellow Tail Shiraz was crafted using premium grapes picked off rich vines planted in Southeast Australian vineyards. In a glass, it features a deep red colour with purple hues throughout.
