Reynella Cabernet Sauvignon is a marvellous example of the ideal Australian Cabernet. It is a full bodied wine showing deep purple red hues. Aromas of black olives, cinnamon oak and blackcurrant flow off its scintillating nose. The palate features cherry, herb and sweet fruity flavours fusing well with soft tannins. The long finish features a mouthful of black olives and dark chocolate flavours. This wine is best paired with rich and hearty dishes such as meatballs with ricotta and parmesan cheese, roasted beef with arugula and parmesan, and Asian BBQ lamb ribs.

The prestigious Chateau Reynella is where the internationally renowned wine industry of South Australia was first established. It all began in 1838 when John Reynell planted the first vines in McLaren Vale. His family produced their first vintage in the year 1842.
