Two Hands Clare Valley Fields of Joy Shiraz 2022 - 12 Bottles

Availability: In stock

Pretty Good

The wine is a deep, dark crimson red in colour. The nose is welcomed by lifted fragrances of plum, violet, menthol, boysenberry, and red-fruited multi-dimensional bouquets. Good energy drives through the front palate with vibrant notes of plum and blueberries and a deft mouthfeel. This is a medium to full-bodied wine with secondary notes of fresh violets and aromatic woody herbs, which are slowly revealed in the mid-palate. Appealing tannins draw the wine through to a sustained finish. This wine can be enjoyed early but further cellaring for about 5 to 9 years will enhance its flavours and characters. This rich and bold wine goes well with Australian dishes such as rack of lamb, sausage rolls, beef and quince stew, meat pie, chicken and pumpkin, and BBQ lamb ribs.
