Printhie Wines

Jim and Ruth Swift, along with their sons Dave and Ed own and operate the Printhie winery. In 1996, Jim and Ruth came up with the idea of exploring the wine industry and thus bought a 500 - hectare property to start their business on. The most suitable part of the property was selected and 12 hectares of grapevines were planted on it. By the time the sons returned home in the early 2000s, the vineyard had expanded and a winery had been built for wine production. At present, Dave and Ed manage the daily functioning of the winery.
