Rabbit Ranch Wines

Rabbit Ranch is a Central Otago based New Zealand winery. The high country land used for Rabbit Ranch vineyards was once a sheep farm and home to several rabbits. It was converted into a vineyard by then property owner Mr McGregor, who planted the first vines there. The vineyard was declined after WW2 but was revived by the next generation of Mr McGregor - Warren and Betty McGregor. The headquarters of Rabbit Ranch, also known as the Pleasure Dome, is located in the back blocks of the property situated in Gibbston, Queenstown, New Zealand. The winery sources its fruit from their vineyards in the Marlborough region and the home block at Central Otago. Rabbit Ranch is popular for its fruit-forward Pinot Noir, refreshing Pinot Gris, cool-climate Rose, and elegant Sauvignon Blanc wines.
