Wolfgang Franz Otto Blass’s interest in the winemaking business made him the youngest person ever to graduate with a Masters in Oenology. He further moved to England to study the art of blending before moving to the Barossa Valley in 1961. This passion led to the establishment of Wolf Blass Wines in 1966 and is visible ever since then in its custodians as they continue to make wines of quality, character and consistency. From humble beginnings to exporting wines in more than 50 countries, Wolf Blass has gained international recognition as an icon in modern winemaking.
