Pretty Good

This juicy red is a blend of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 6% Shiraz grape varieties. Flaunting a dark ruby red colour with purple hints, it exudes spicy mulberry and blackcurrant aromas along with complex savoury and earthy notes. Similar mulberry and blackberry characters are mirrored on a medium-bodied palate that further reveals fresh redcurrant flavours with fine grained tannins. The finish is long and clean finish, marked by dark fruit and spiced oak characters. You may pair this wonderful drink with grilled or roasted beef, or lamb dishes.

WINERY INFORMATION

Geoff and Robert Schrapel set up Bethany Wines in 1981 with a vision ‘to create a Barossa wine experience for customers, friends and family’. The family has a rich history as grape growers that dates back to 1852. Located in the Barossa Ranges, grapes are sourced from their 38 hectare vineyard and some grape growers in Eden Valley. Their philosophy is to craft exceptional wines with flavours that mirror the characteristics of the Barossa Ranges.
