Graciano Wines Online

Graciano also known as Graciana, is a red wine variety that originated and is widely produced in Spain, primarily in its Rioja and Navarra wine region. Made using the black-skinned grape, Graciano wines are intensely coloured and contain moderate tannins. The bouquet is highly fragrant emanating mulberry, violet and chocolate aromas.

Graciano is generally a low-yielding vine, suited for warm and dry climate regions. In fact, it’s rarely grown outside Spain. In other countries like California and Australia, Graciano wine is only produced in small quantities. In Australia, Graciano is often blended with Tempranillo and even produced as a varietal wine. Also, it has found a place in the diverse wine portfolio of France were it’s grown in the Languedoc wine region, though under a different name - Morrastel.
