Pinot Noir Chardonnay Wines

The basic distinction between sparkling wine and champagne is that champagnes are only those sparkling wines that hail from the Champagne region in France. Fizzy and bubbly wines manufactured in the rest of the world fall under the label of sparkling wines. Chardonnay-Pinot Noir blends are very common, containing equal amounts of both the grape varieties. These blends can either be sweet, or crisp and dry, depending upon the methods used for wine production. These wines are refreshing, mineral-driven and elegant. The juicy grape flavours are accompanied by notes of toast, bread and butter.
